Important: The Moody application itself does not collect or transmit any personal data. Notes and scripts are stored locally on your computer. We do not process, analyze, or transmit the content you type or speak into the microphone.

• To deliver the trial version — your email is processed by Mailchimp to send you the download link for the free trial
• To send marketing communications — only if you explicitly opt-in, we may send occasional emails about updates, new features, and promotions via Mailchimp
